What we collect and why
When you join the waitlist, we ask for your email address, your role and consent to receive SIP Forge progress updates and beta invitations. Country and product feedback are optional. We use your role and optional answers to understand workflows and choose relevant beta invitations. Joining is voluntary; you can browse the website without subscribing.
We record the time and version of your consent. When you submit the form with your consent, we add you to the waitlist immediately and send a welcome email. No email confirmation is required. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated advertising.
Your choice
Email updates are based on your consent. You can withdraw it through the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Withdrawal stops future marketing emails and does not affect processing that happened lawfully before withdrawal.
Who helps us run the service
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, provides the form’s anti-abuse check and forwards mail sent to our contact address.
- Brevo handles the subscriber list, welcome emails and email delivery.
- Google Gmail receives messages you choose to send to our contact address.
These providers process data to operate their services. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in Europe and the United States. Their published privacy and data-protection information explains their locations and applicable transfer safeguards: Cloudflare, Brevo and Google. Security, cookies and videos
Hosting and anti-abuse services process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request information to deliver the website and reduce spam. Our form uses your IP address for rate limiting and verification; the signup handler does not write form contents to application logs. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website for necessary security processing.
The site does not use advertising or audience analytics scripts, and does not save form details in your browser. The anti-abuse check loads when you open an enabled signup form. Local product videos are served by our host. An embedded YouTube player connects to YouTube only when you choose to open that recording; Google then processes data under its own policy.
Brevo may record email delivery, opens and link clicks in its email logs. We use delivery information to operate the waitlist and resolve delivery problems.
How long we keep information
We keep waitlist details while the waitlist and related product updates remain active, until you unsubscribe or request deletion. If the project ends, we remove the active list. We review records annually and remove details that are no longer needed.
A minimal unsubscribe record may remain to prevent future mail to an opted-out address. Consent and request records are kept only as needed to demonstrate your choices, resolve requests or meet applicable legal obligations. Technical service records follow the providers’ retention policies.
Your rights and contact
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. There are no decisions with legal or similarly significant effects made solely by automated processing in this waitlist.
Email hello@sipforge.app to exercise your rights. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request relates to your address. This notice will be updated if the service or its handling of data changes.
